The INA240A3 is an automotive-grade, high-precision current-sense amplifier with a wide common-mode voltage range of –4-V to 80-V, operating from a 2.7-V to 5.5-V supply. It features a fixed gain of 100 V/V (A3 option), low offset voltage (15 µV typical), low gain error (0.2%), and a 400-kHz bandwidth. The device includes enhanced PWM rejection for motor drive applications. Packaged in an 8-pin TSSOP (PW), it is ideal for high-side current sensing in automotive systems.
