INA241A1IDDFR TI Current Regulation/Management
The INA241A1IDDFR is an ultra-precise, bidirectional current sense amplifier from Texas Instruments featuring a fixed gain of 10 V/V and enhanced PWM rejection for switching systems. It operates over a wide common-mode range of -5V to +110V and a supply range of 2.7V to 20V, independent of the supply voltage. The device provides ultra-low offset voltage of ±10 µV (max, A version), low gain error of ±0.01% (max, A version), and exceptional DC CMRR of 166 dB (typical). Enhanced PWM rejection circuitry provides minimal signal disturbance due to common-mode voltage transients, supporting switching frequencies up to 125 kHz. Housed in an 8-pin SOT-23-THN (DDF) package, it operates over -40°C to 125°C. Applications include solenoid and valve control, motor drives, power management in ADAS, battery management systems (BMS), and high-precision current measurement in noisy switching environments with low gain requirements.
