INA250A2PWR TI Current Regulation/Management
The INA250A2PWR is an integrated current-sense amplifier with a precision, low-inductance shunt resistor from Texas Instruments, featuring a fixed gain of 50 V/V. The device measures voltage across an internal 2 mΩ integrated shunt resistor and provides a voltage output. It operates over a common-mode range of -0.3V to +40V and a supply range of 2.7V to 36V, drawing 300 µA of quiescent current. The device offers high accuracy with 0.2% gain error and 2 µV/°C offset drift. Housed in a 16-pin TSSOP (PW) package, it operates over -40°C to 125°C. Applications include overcurrent protection, precision current measurement in motor drives, power supplies, and load monitoring in industrial systems.
