INA281A1IDBVR TI Current Regulation/Management

The INA281 is a high-voltage current-sense amplifier with a wide common-mode voltage range of –4V to 110V, operating from 2.7V to 20V supply. The A1 option provides a gain of 20V/V. It features low offset voltage (100µV typical) and gain error (0.3%) with a 500kHz bandwidth. Packaged in a 5-pin SOT-23 (DBV), it is ideal for high-side current sensing in 48V telecom and industrial systems. Applications include battery management systems, motor control, and power supply protection requiring high common-mode voltage capability.
