The INA293 is a high-precision, high-side current-sense amplifier with a fixed gain of 20V/V (A1 option), operating from a 2.7V to 20V supply. It features a wide common-mode voltage range of –4V to 110V, low offset voltage (100µV typical), low gain error (0.3%), and a 1-MHz bandwidth. Quiescent current is 1.3mA typical. Packaged in a 5-pin SOT-23 (DBV) (2.9mm × 1.6mm), it is ideal for high-side current sensing in 48-V telecom and industrial systems.
