INA310A4IDGKR TI Current Regulation/Management

The INA310A4IDGKR is a 110V, ultra-precise, voltage-output current-sense amplifier from Texas Instruments with an integrated comparator, offering a fixed gain of 200 V/V. It operates over a wide common-mode range of -4V to +110V and a supply range of 2.7V to 20V, drawing a maximum quiescent current of 2.25 mA. The device features exceptional accuracy with input offset voltage of ±20 µV (max), offset drift of 0.025 µV/°C (typ), and gain error of 0.15% (max). The integrated open-drain comparator includes a latching capability, making it ideal for fast overcurrent protection. Housed in an 8-pin VSSOP (DGK) package, it operates over -40°C to 125°C.
