The ISO1044BD is a galvanically-isolated CAN FD transceiver from Texas Instruments featuring high-voltage isolation of 5000 Vrms (reinforced) . It is fully compliant with the ISO 11898-2:2016 standard and supports CAN FD data rates up to 5 Mbps . The device features a wide common-mode voltage range, differential signal transmission for high noise immunity, thermal shutdown protection, and a low-power standby mode . Key features include high CMTI, operating supply voltage range of 1.71V to 5.5V on the logic side, and reinforced isolation certified to UL1577 and VDE V 0884-11 standards .
