ISO1050DUBR TI Digital Isolators

The ISO1050 is an isolated CAN transceiver with galvanic isolation of 2500 VRMS per UL 1577, fully compliant with ISO 11898-2 standards. It supports data rates up to 1 Mbps and operates from a 3V to 5.5V logic supply and a 4.75V to 5.25V bus supply. The device features a high common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) of 50 kV/µs, bus-fault protection up to ±40V, and thermal shutdown. Packaged in an 8-pin SOP (DUB) with a wide body (7.5mm), it is ideal for industrial automation, DeviceNet, CANopen, and automotive communication networks requiring robust isolated CAN interface. Applications include factory automation (PLCs), battery management systems (BMS), and motor drives where ground-loop interruption is required.
