ISO1050DWR TI Drivers, Receivers, Transceivers
The ISO1050DWR is a galvanically-isolated CAN transceiver from Texas Instruments featuring high-voltage isolation of 5000 Vrms (reinforced). The device combines a CAN transceiver with an isolation barrier, eliminating the need for separate isolation components. It is fully compliant with the ISO 11898-2 standard and supports data rates up to 1 Mbps. The device features a wide common-mode voltage range, differential signal transmission for high noise immunity, thermal shutdown protection, and a standby mode for reduced power consumption. The device provides reinforced isolation certified to UL1577 and VDE V 0884-10 standards. Housed in a 16-pin SOIC Wide (DW) package, it operates over -40°C to 105°C.
