The ISO1430 is a 5-kVrms reinforced isolated RS-485 transceiver operating from a 1.71-V to 5.5-V logic supply and 3-V to 5.5-V bus supply. It supports data rates up to 50 Mbps, features a high CMTI of 100 kV/µs, and includes ±15-kV ESD protection on bus pins. Packaged in a 16-pin SOIC (DW) (10.3 mm × 7.5 mm), it is ideal for industrial communication networks requiring reinforced isolation. Applications include factory automation (PLCs), motor drives, electric vehicle charging, and building automation requiring robust, isolated RS-485 communication.
