The ISO5452QDWRQ1 is an automotive-grade, reinforced isolated gate driver with 2.5-A peak source and 5-A peak sink current, operating from a 3-V to 5.5-V input . It features reinforced isolation rated at 5700-VRMS, high common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) of 100 kV/µs, and includes UVLO protection for the output stage . Packaged in a 16-pin SOIC (DW) with wettable flanks, it is ideal for driving IGBTs and SiC MOSFETs in automotive power systems.
