ISO6721BDR TI Digital Isolators
The ISO6721 is a dual-channel digital isolator with basic isolation rated at 3000-VRMS per UL 1577. It features one forward channel and one reverse channel (1-1 configuration) supporting data rates up to 50-Mbps, low propagation delay of 16-ns typical, and high common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) of 75-kV/µs. The device operates from a 2.25-V to 5.5-V supply on both sides and includes fail-safe outputs. Packaged in an 8-pin SOIC (D), it is ideal for breaking ground loops in industrial interfaces.
