ISO6741DWR TI Digital Isolators
The ISO6741 is a high-performance quad-channel digital isolator with reinforced isolation rated at 5000 VRMS per UL 1577. It features three forward channels and one reverse channel (3-1 configuration) supporting data rates up to 100Mbps. The device operates from 2.25V to 5.5V on both sides and provides low propagation delay of 11ns typical with high electromagnetic immunity. Default output state is high when input power is off. Selection is critical for breaking ground loops and providing galvanic isolation in industrial interfaces. Applications include industrial fieldbus isolation (Profibus, CAN, RS-485), motor drive isolation, medical systems requiring reinforced insulation, and isolated SPI interfaces in harsh industrial environments requiring high noise immunity.
