ISO6761FDWR TI Digital Isolators

The ISO6761 is a 6-channel, reinforced digital isolator providing 5000-VRMS isolation per UL 1577. It features 1 forward channel and 5 reverse channels (1-5 configuration), supporting data rates up to 100 Mbps. The device operates from a 1.71-V to 5.5-V supply on both sides, with low propagation delay (11 ns) and high common-mode transient immunity (100 kV/µs). Packaged in a 16-pin SOIC (DW) (10.3 mm × 7.5 mm), it is critical for breaking ground loops in industrial systems. Applications include industrial fieldbus isolation (Profibus, CAN, RS-485), motor drive isolation, medical systems, and isolated SPI interfaces requiring high data rate and reinforced insulation.
