ISO7220CDR TI Digital Isolators

The ISO7220C is a dual-channel digital isolator providing basic isolation rated at 2500 VRMS per UL 1577. It features two forward channels (2-0 configuration) with data rates up to 25 Mbps, low propagation delay of 42 ns typical, and high electromagnetic immunity. The device operates from a 3.15-V to 5.5-V supply on both sides and includes a noise-filtering input and output. Packaged in an 8-pin SOIC, the ISO7220C is ideal for breaking ground loops and providing galvanic isolation in industrial interfaces. Applications include industrial fieldbus isolation (Profibus, CAN, RS-485), motor drive isolation, medical systems, and isolated SPI interfaces.
