ISO7221BDR TI Digital Isolators

The ISO7221B is a dual-channel digital isolator providing basic isolation rated at 2500-VRMS per UL 1577. It features two forward channels (2-0 configuration) with data rates up to 5 Mbps, a low propagation delay of 42 ns typical, and high electromagnetic immunity. The device operates from a 3.15-V to 5.5-V supply on both sides and includes a noise-filtering input and output. Packaged in an 8-pin SOIC (D) (4.9 mm × 3.91 mm), it is ideal for breaking ground loops in industrial interfaces.
