It features two forward channels and one reverse channel (2-1 configuration) with data rates up to 25 Mbps, low propagation delay of 42 ns typical, and high electromagnetic immunity . Packaged in a 16-pin SOIC (DW), it is ideal for breaking ground loops in industrial interfaces. Applications include industrial fieldbus isolation (Profibus, CAN, RS-485), motor drive isolation, medical systems, and isolated SPI interfaces.
