The ISO7720F is a dual-channel digital isolator with reinforced isolation rated at 5000VRMS per UL 1577. It features two forward channels (2-0 configuration) and a fail-safe output (F) that defaults low when input power is off. Data rates up to 100Mbps are supported, with low propagation delay of 11ns typical. Packaged in an 8-pin SOIC, it is ideal for breaking ground loops and providing galvanic isolation in industrial interfaces. Applications include industrial fieldbus isolation, motor drive isolation, and medical systems requiring reinforced isolation with two forward channels.
