ISO7721DR TI Digital Isolators

The ISO7721 is a dual-channel reinforced digital isolator providing 5000VRMS isolation per UL 1577. It features one forward channel and one reverse channel (1-1 configuration) supporting data rates up to 100Mbps. The device operates from 2.25V to 5.5V on both sides with low propagation delay of 11ns typical. The default output is high when input power is off. It features high electromagnetic immunity and low power consumption. Selection is critical for breaking ground loops and providing reinforced isolation in high-speed interfaces. Applications include industrial fieldbus isolation (Profibus, CAN, RS-485), motor drive isolation, medical systems, and isolated SPI interfaces requiring high data rate and reinforced insulation.
