ISO7741DBQR TI Digital Isolators

The ISO7741 is a high-performance, reinforced quad-channel digital isolator providing 5000-VRMS isolation per UL 1577, supporting data rates up to 100 Mbps . It features three forward channels and one reverse channel (3-1 configuration), low propagation delay of 11 ns typical, and high common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) of 85-kV/µs min. The device operates from a 2.25-V to 5.5-V supply on both sides and includes fail-safe outputs. Packaged in a 16-pin SSOP (DBQ) (3.9-mm width), it is critical for breaking ground loops in industrial interfaces. Applications include industrial fieldbus isolation (Profibus, CAN, RS-485), motor drive isolation, medical systems, and isolated SPI interfaces requiring high data rate and reinforced insulation.
