ISO7741DWR TI Digital Isolators

The ISO7741 is a high-performance quad-channel digital isolator providing reinforced isolation rated at 5000 V_RMS per UL 1577. It features three forward channels and one reverse channel (3-1 configuration) supporting data rates up to 100 Mbps. The device operates from 2.25 V to 5.5 V on both sides and provides low propagation delay of 11 ns typical with high electromagnetic immunity. The default output state is high when input power is off. Packaged in a 16-pin SOIC, the ISO7741 is critical for breaking ground loops and providing galvanic isolation in industrial interfaces. Applications include industrial fieldbus isolation (Profibus, CAN, RS-485), motor drive isolation, medical systems requiring reinforced insulation, and isolated SPI interfaces in harsh industrial environments.
