ISO7741FDBQR TI Digital Isolators
The ISO7741F is a high-performance, reinforced quad-channel digital isolator providing 5000-VRMS isolation per UL 1577. It features three forward channels and one reverse channel (3-1 configuration) supporting data rates up to 100 Mbps. The device operates from a 2.25-V to 5.5-V supply on both sides, with low propagation delay of 11 ns typical and high common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) of 100 kV/µs. Packaged in a 16-pin SSOP (DBQ) (6.2 mm × 5.3 mm), it is critical for industrial and automotive isolation.
