The ISO7842F is a high-performance, reinforced quad-channel digital isolator providing 5700-VRMS isolation per UL 1577. It features two forward channels and two reverse channels (2-2 configuration) supporting data rates up to 100-Mbps, with a fail-safe output (F) that defaults low when input power is off. Packaged in a 16-pin SOIC (DW) (10.3 mm × 7.5 mm), it is critical for breaking ground loops in industrial interfaces.
