The ISOUSB111DWR is a galvanically isolated USB 2.0 compliant repeater from Texas Instruments supporting low speed (1.5 Mbps) and full speed (12 Mbps) signaling rates. It features automatic connect and speed detection, reflection of pull-ups/pull-downs, link power management (L1 and L2 states), and automatic role reversal for USB On-The-Go (OTG) and Type-C Dual Role Port (DRP) implementations. The device offers high CMTI of 100kV/µs, VBUS voltage range of 4.25V to 5.5V, integrated 3.3V internal LDO, and meets CISPR32 Class B emissions limits. It features a silicon dioxide insulation barrier with withstand voltage up to 5000VRMS and is certified to reinforced isolation standards. Housed in a 16-pin SOIC (DW) package, it operates over -40°C to 125°C.
