L298P013TR ST Motor Drivers

The L298P013TR is a dual full-bridge driver from STMicroelectronics in PowerSO-20 surface-mount package, designed to drive inductive loads such as relays, solenoids, DC and stepper motors with high current capability. For selection, verify supply voltage up to 46V for motor power (VS), separate logic supply (VSS) from 4.5V to 7V, output current of 2A per channel (3A peak non-repetitive) per channel, and operating junction temperature range. Features include enable inputs for each pair of channels simplifying use as two H-bridges, high noise immunity, thermal shutdown protection, and logic inputs compatible with TTL levels.
