L5973D013TR ST DC-DC Converters

The L5973D013TR is a 2.5A step-down monolithic power switching regulator from STMicroelectronics in SO-8 surface-mount package, operating at 250kHz fixed switching frequency with input up to 36V. For selection, verify input voltage from 4.4V to 36V, adjustable output from 1.235V to VIN, 2.5A continuous output current, internal power switch with low RDS(on), and operating temperature from -40°C to +150°C. Features include internal compensation for simplified design, soft-start to limit inrush current, current limiting and thermal shutdown for protection, and inhibit pin for power sequencing.
