L6205D ST Motor Drivers

The L6205D is a DMOS dual full-bridge driver for DC and stepper motors from STMicroelectronics, featuring 52V supply voltage and 2.8A output current per channel. For selection, verify supply voltage from 8V to 52V, continuous output current of 2.8A per channel (5.6A peak), RDS(on) of 0.3Ω typical at 25°C, operating frequency up to 100kHz, cross conduction protection, parallel operation capability, undervoltage lockout, non-dissipative overcurrent protection with current sensing, and operating temperature from -25°C to +125°C. Features include integrated fast freewheeling diodes, thermal shutdown, and MultiPower-BCD technology.
