The L6225DTR is a DMOS dual full-bridge driver for DC and stepper motors from STMicroelectronics in SO-20 surface-mount package, featuring 52V supply voltage and 1.4A DC output current (2.8A peak) per channel. For selection, verify supply voltage from 8V to 52V, RDS(on) of 0.73Ω typical at 25°C, operating frequency up to 100kHz, cross conduction protection, parallel operation capability, undervoltage lockout, and operating temperature from -25°C to +125°C.
