The L6225N is a DMOS dual full-bridge driver for DC and stepper motors from STMicroelectronics, featuring 52V supply voltage and 1.4A output current per channel (2.8A peak). For selection, verify supply voltage up to 52V for motor power, continuous output current of 1.4A per channel (2.8A peak), RDS(on) of 0.73Ω typical at 25°C, operating frequency up to 100kHz, cross conduction protection, parallel operation capability, undervoltage lockout, non-dissipative overcurrent protection, and operating temperature from -25°C to +125°C. Features include integrated fast freewheeling diodes, thermal shutdown, and MultiPower-BCD technology.
