The L6230QTR is a DMOS triple half-bridge driver for three-phase brushless DC motors from STMicroelectronics in VFQFPN-32 surface-mount package, featuring 52V supply voltage and 2.8A output current per channel (5.6A peak). For selection, verify supply voltage up to 52V, continuous output current of 2.8A per channel, RDS(on) of 0.3Ω typical at 25°C, operating frequency up to 100kHz, cross conduction protection, parallel operation capability, undervoltage lockout, non-dissipative overcurrent protection with current sensing, and operating temperature from -25°C to +125°C. Features include integrated fast freewheeling diodes, thermal shutdown, and MultiPower-BCD technology.
