The L6386ED013TR is a high voltage high-side/low-side gate driver from STMicroelectronics in SO-16 package, manufactured with BCD "offline" technology, featuring high voltage rail up to 600V. For selection, verify dV/dt immunity, driver current capability, switching times, 3.3V/5V TTL/CMOS inputs with hysteresis, integrated bootstrap diode, adjustable deadtime, and operating temperature suitable for industrial applications.
