L6392DTR ST PMIC - Gate Drivers

The L6392DTR is a high-voltage high-side and low-side gate driver from STMicroelectronics in SO-14 surface-mount package (14-pin SOIC), manufactured with BCD "offline" technology and featuring high voltage rail up to 600V for driving N-channel power MOSFETs or IGBTs in half-bridge configurations . For selection, verify high-side floating section designed to stand voltage rail up to 600V, dV/dt immunity of ±50V/nsec in full temperature range, driver current capability of 290mA source and 430mA sink , switching times of 75ns rise and 35ns fall with 1nF load , 3.3V/5V TTL/CMOS inputs with hysteresis for easy interfacing with microcontrollers or DSP, integrated bootstrap diode for simplified high-side supply, embedded operational amplifier suitable for advanced current sensing in applications such as field-oriented motor control, adjustable deadtime, interlocking function for cross-conduction prevention, undervoltage lockout (UVLO) protection on both low-side and high-side sections, supply voltage range of 12.5V to 20V , and operating temperature from -40°C to +125°C .
