The LD29300P2MTR is a very low dropout linear voltage regulator from STMicroelectronics in TO-263-6 (D2PAK) surface-mount package, providing adjustable output voltage with up to 3A current capability. For selection, verify input from 2.5V to 30V, adjustable output from 2.5V to 20V via external resistors, typical dropout of 400mV at full load, output tolerance, and operating temperature from -40°C to +125°C.
