The LD2981ABU33TR is an ultra-low dropout voltage regulator providing fixed 3.3V output with up to 100mA in SOT-89 package. For selection, verify input from 2.5V to 16V, dropout voltage of 170mV typical at 100mA load, quiescent current of 80µA typical, shutdown current of 1µA maximum, ±0.75% output tolerance, output noise of 160µVrms, and -40°C to +125°C operation. Features include logic-controlled electronic shutdown, stability with low-ESR ceramic capacitors, and internal current/thermal limits.
