The LD2985BM18R is a low-noise, ultra-low-dropout linear voltage regulator from STMicroelectronics in SOT-23-5 package, providing fixed 1.8V output with up to 150mA current capability. For selection, verify input voltage from 2.5V to 16V, dropout voltage of 280mV typical at 150mA load (1mV at 1mA), quiescent current of 80µA typical (1µA in shutdown), output noise of 30µVrms, PSRR of 45dB at 1kHz, and operating temperature from -40°C to +125°C. Features include logic-controlled electronic shutdown via INHIBIT pin (TTL compatible), internal current and thermal limits, and stability with ceramic capacitors.
