The LD3985M33R is a low dropout voltage regulator providing fixed 3.3V output with up to 500mA in SOT-23-5 package. For selection, verify input from 2.5V to 6V, dropout voltage of 200mV typical at 500mA, quiescent current of 80µA typical, shutdown current of 0.1µA maximum, and -40°C to +85°C operation.
