The LDK220M-R is a 200 mA low quiescent current and low noise LDO voltage regulator from STMicroelectronics in SOT-23-5 package, providing adjustable output voltage (adj version) with high power supply rejection ratio. For selection, verify input from 2.5V to 13.2V, adjustable output from 0.8V to 12V via external resistors, dropout voltage of 100 mV typical at 100 mA load (200 mV at 200 mA), quiescent current of 55 µA typical (1 µA in off mode), PSRR of 80 dB at 1 kHz, output accuracy of ±2% at 25°C, and operating temperature from -40°C to +125°C. Features include logic-controlled electronic shutdown, internal soft-start, current limit and thermal protection, and stability with small 1 µF ceramic capacitor.
