The LDK320ADU33R is a 200mA low quiescent current and low noise LDO voltage regulator from STMicroelectronics in SOT-89 surface-mount package, providing fixed 3.3V output with high power supply rejection ratio. For selection, verify input from 2.5V to 18V, dropout voltage of 200mV typical at 100mA load, quiescent current of 60µA typical (1µA in off mode), output tolerance of ±2% at 25°C, PSRR of 80dB at 1kHz, and operating temperature from -40°C to +125°C. Features include logic-controlled electronic shutdown, internal soft-start, current limit and thermal protection, and stability with small 1µF ceramic capacitor.
