LDS3985M33R ST Voltage Regulators - Linear

The LDS3985M33R is a low-dropout and low-noise BiCMOS linear voltage regulator from STMicroelectronics in SOT-23-5 package, providing fixed 3.3V output with up to 300mA current capability. For selection, verify input voltage from 2.5V to 6V, dropout voltage of 150mV typical at 300mA load, quiescent current of 85µA typical (1.5µA max in shutdown), PSRR of 55dB at 1kHz, output noise of 30µVrms, and operating junction temperature from -40°C to +125°C. Features include logic-controlled electronic shutdown via INHIBIT pin, internal current and thermal protection, fast turn-on time of 240µs typical, and stability with low-ESR ceramic capacitors. Ideal for mobile phones and similar battery-powered wireless systems, portable information devices, smartphones, tablets, and any low-power, low-noise 3.3V regulation requiring very low dropout for extended battery life.
