The LE33CD-TR is a very low-dropout linear voltage regulator from STMicroelectronics providing fixed 3.3V output with up to 100mA current capability in SOIC-8 package . For selection, verify input voltage from 5.3V to 18V, typical dropout voltage of 200mV at 100mA load, quiescent current of 0.5mA typical in ON mode (no load) and 50µA in OFF mode, output tolerance of ±2% (C grade), power supply rejection ratio of 80dB typical, noise of 50µV, internal current and thermal limit protection, and operating temperature from -40°C to +125°C . Features include shutdown logic control via inhibit pin (pin 5, TTL compatible) for power management, stable with small 2.2µF capacitor, and pin-to-pin compatible with L78L series .
