The LE50ABD-TR is a very low-dropout voltage regulator from STMicroelectronics in SO-8 surface-mount package, providing fixed 5.0V output with up to 100mA current capability and logic-controlled electronic shutdown. For selection, verify input voltage from 5.3V to 18V, typical dropout voltage for low power loss, quiescent current of 1mA typical, output tolerance of ±1% (AB grade), and operating temperature from -40°C to +125°C. Features include logic-controlled electronic shutdown via inhibit pin (TTL compatible), internal current and thermal limit, and stability with 2.2µF capacitor.
