The LF347 is a quad JFET-input operational amplifier offering high input impedance (1 TΩ) and high speed (3 MHz bandwidth, 13 V/µs slew rate). It operates from ±5V to ±15V supplies. The JFET technology provides low input bias currents (50 pA). Selection is suitable for high-speed integrators. Applications include sample-and-hold circuits, fast comparators, analog-to-digital converter (ADC) front-ends, and active filters in audio mixing consoles and industrial test equipment requiring wide bandwidth.
