The LF347 is a quad JFET-input operational amplifier offering high input impedance and high speed with 3 MHz gain-bandwidth product and 13 V/µs slew rate. It operates from ±5 V to ±15 V dual supplies. JFET inputs provide ultra-low input bias current of 50 pA typical and low input offset voltage of 3 mV. Each amplifier consumes 2.5 mA supply current typical. Selection is ideal for multi-channel, high-impedance signal processing. Applications include active filters, summing amplifiers, DAC output amplifiers, and test equipment where high input impedance and wide bandwidth are required at low cost.
