The LF444 is a quad JFET-input operational amplifier with a 1MHz gain-bandwidth product and a 13V/µs slew rate, operating from a 7V to 36V single supply (or ±3.5V to ±18V dual). JFET inputs provide an ultra-low input bias current of 50pA typical and low offset voltage of 5mV. Packaged in a 14-pin SOIC (MX), it is ideal for high-impedance signal processing requiring wide bandwidth. Applications include active filters, summing amplifiers, and instrumentation amplifiers in test equipment and industrial controls requiring low input bias current.
