The LF80ABDT-TR is a very low-dropout voltage regulator from STMicroelectronics in DPAK surface-mount package, providing fixed 8.0V output with up to 500mA current capability and logic-controlled electronic shutdown. For selection, verify input voltage from 8.3V to 16V, typical dropout voltage for low power loss, quiescent current of 500µA typical, output tolerance of ±1% (AB grade), output noise of 50µV, line and load regulation, and operating temperature from -40°C to +125°C.
