LM10CH/NOPB TI Instrumentation, OP Amps, Buffer Amps
The LM10CH/NOPB is a dual operational amplifier and adjustable reference from Texas Instruments combining a precision 200mV reference and a high-quality op-amp in a single hermetically sealed metal package. It operates over an ultra-wide supply range of 1.1V to 40V (or ±0.55V to ±20V) and draws an ultra-low supply current of 300µA (max). The device features internal compensation and can be used as a comparator, op-amp, or voltage reference. Housed in a metal-can TO-99 (H) package, it operates over -25°C to 85°C. Applications include battery-powered instrumentation, portable medical devices, low-voltage sensing circuits, and military/aerospace systems requiring hermetic packaging and wide supply voltage capability.
