The LM1117MPX-1.8/NOPB is an 800mA low-dropout linear regulator from Texas Instruments in SOT-223 surface-mount package, providing fixed 1.8V output. For selection, verify input from 3.8V to 15V, fixed 1.8V output with ±1% accuracy at 25°C, dropout of 1.1V typical at 800mA, quiescent current of 5mA typical, current limiting and thermal protection, and operating temperature from -40°C to +125°C. Features include internal current limiting for short-circuit protection, thermal shutdown for overtemperature protection, and stability with 10µF tantalum output capacitor.
