The LM1117MPX-5.0/NOPB is an 800mA low-dropout linear regulator from Texas Instruments in SOT-223 surface-mount package, providing fixed 5.0V output. For selection, verify input voltage from 6.5V to 15V, fixed 5.0V output with ±1% accuracy at 25°C, typical dropout voltage of 1.1V at 800mA, quiescent current of 5mA typical, current limiting and thermal protection, and operating temperature from 0°C to +125°C.
