The LM20 is a precision analog-output temperature sensor designed for low-power operation. It operates with a supply voltage range of 2.4V to 5.5V, drawing only 10 µA (max) quiescent current. The output voltage is linearly proportional to temperature, featuring a predictable scale factor of -11.77 mV/°C. The sensor covers a wide range of -55°C to 130°C, with accuracy typically ±1.5°C (max ±2.5°C at room temp). Selection is ideal for battery-powered systems due to its low power drain.
