LM20BIM7/NOPB TI Temperature Sensors - Analog and Digital Output

The LM20 is a precision analog output temperature sensor with a 10-mV/°C scale factor and a gain of –11.77 mV/°C (negative slope), operating from a 2.4-V to 5.5-V supply. It features an accuracy of ±1.5°C at 25°C (max) and a sensing range of –55°C to 130°C, consuming only 10 µA typical supply current. Packaged in a 5-pin SC-70 (IM7), it is ideal for battery-powered temperature monitoring as a cost-effective alternative to thermistors.
